What do you do you do if there’s an accident?

In the event that an accident has taken place, we will investigate to the best of our ability - to get a better understanding of what went wrong, determine actual and contributing factors that lead up to the incident. From there we can develop and implement the required corrective measures to ensure no further incidents can occur.
